A fuming East Kilbride woman has slammed the customer service from delivery company Evri after her $120 Ralph Lauren gilet is believed to have been misplaced.
Miriam Schmulian sold the jacket for £10 - through Vinted - and posted it using the popular courier service last month. However, when the customer, who lives in Durham, England, went to retrieve the parcel the jacket wasn't inside, the 47-year-old said.
Now, the East Kilbride customer has blamed Evri for the missing item as she hits out at their customer service.
