Rafael Benitez has claimed he doesn't like late substitutions after Tottenham Hotspur forward Lucas Moura gifted the ball to Liverpool's Diogo Jota to win the match late on.
The Portugal international came off the bench to score a 94th minute winner for the Reds against Tottenham after letting a three goal advantage slip.
Liverpool surged into a comfortable lead after just 15 minutes through Curtis Jones, Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah, but Spurs pegged them back with Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Richarlison late on. Jota broke Spurs hears with his last minute finish.

Benitez criticised the use of a late substitution to Premier League Productions, claiming they 'rarely change anything': "I don't like to put a player on with moments to go. They rarely change anything, they don't touch the ball, and they're often the ones to make mistakes. So for me, it's something I try to avoid as I feel it's not good for the player."
The Liverpool hero also praised Jota for his finish past Fraser Forster in the Spurs goal: "It's everything because you're playing at Anfield. The atmosphere is great. You concede a goal that you can't believe, and then you score another, the feeling is great. Diogo Jota is very clever when playing between the lines, and his finish was really good."
