Rachael Blackmore was overcome with emotion after partnering A Plus Tard to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup on Friday.

Blackmore has already won the majority of national hunt racing's biggest prizes but the Gold Cup was missing off her CV.

Last year she came second on A Plus Tard behind her stablemate Minella Indo, but this time the placings were reversed.
