Quote of the day by Tim Curry: “Whenever you have the chance, go and find a horizon. It opens up the brain.”

Tim Curry, the baritone-voiced British actor who shot to fame as the singing, lingerie-clad “sweet transvestite” Dr. Frank N. Furter in the 1975 cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show , has died at the age of 80.

Curry built a remarkable career across film, television, Broadway and voice acting. He appeared in numerous movies, often playing flamboyant or sinister villains, earned three Tony Award nominations for his Broadway performances and lent his distinctive voice to numerous animated films and television shows.
