Quote of the Day by René Descartes: The quote of the day by René Descartes “The greatest minds are capable of the greatest vices as well as of the greatest virtues" is a firm reminder that intelligence cannot be used to gauge if a person will do good or bad. Instead, it suggests that people with exceptional abilities have the power to create remarkable achievements or cause great harm. Though spoken years ago, this quote by the European philosopher René Descartes continues to spark conversations about character, responsibility and the choices people make.
