A quaint cafe in a plush Edinburgh neighbourhood has hit the market as the owners 'reluctantly' puts it on sale.
The Maytree in Bruntsfield has been serving the local community since 2009 with the current owners taking over the business in 2019.
However they now want to focus on 'other business opportunities' and the leasehold is now on the market for £49,500.

The Maytree specialises in coffee and chocolate serving an abundance of indulgent cakes. Along with serving locals and visitors, they even had a visit from First Minister Nicola Sturgeon in 2021 following the pandemic.
Being nestled in an area known for its extensive range of cafes, bars and restaurants, the cafe a heavy footfall from the area with in being across from The Meadows, and near Fountain Park, Edinburgh’s Napier University and Boroughmuir High School.
On RightBiz, the advert adds: "The business has been trading in a similar manner here since 2009, with the current owner, who took over in 2019, expanding the coffee shop side of the business whilst also still trading as a specialist chocolatier.
"Our clients are reluctantly placing their leasehold interest in these premises on the market to concentrate on other business opportunities."
