A Morningside hub is set to be transformed into a thriving hub this month after announcing it will play host to the Free Fringe.
The Merlin in the capital is usually a quiet and charming spot for a few drinks and a bite to eat, however in the next few weeks customers will be greeted with all kinds of shows from cabaret to magic. Landing the job as the venue for a variety of acts, the pub will host 15 different shows, with performances beginning at noon and ending late.
Set to cater for all ages, the venue will showcase free productions from cabaret, stand up and improv to the likes of reggae music, poetry and even magic shows.
