While the upcoming four days off school and work for the Jubilee may seem like total bliss, you might be starting to worry about how to keep your children entertained. But fear not, you won't be short of ideas or events here in Wales as there is plenty going on over the celebratory weekend.

Inclusive Jubilee Garden party
Disability play charity, Cwtch together, will be holding a garden party with lots of activities from crown making to a sensory area to a ball pit. The two play sessions, held in the morning and afternoon, will need to be booked in advance. You can book tickets here.

Platinum Jubilee Tea Party in the Park-Pembrey Country Park
The stunning Pembrey Country Park is holding a tea party in the park to celebrate the Jubilee on Saturday, June, 4. There will be entertainment and lawn games and tickets are on sale now for the event at £15 per person.

Platinum Jubilee Celebrations-Seven Sisters Community Hall
There is plenty going on at Seven Sisters Community Hall in Neath, as the events run from Thursday, June, 2 to Sunday, June, 5. Activities include 'Royal Rocks' a trail of painted pebbles and stones in the village, a Prince and Princess party, and a Mad Hatter's Tea Party. You can find more details here.

Mumbles Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday Celebrations
Mumbles is gearing up for a very busy and exciting Jubilee weekend. On Thursday, May, 2 there will be a vintage street party, 50s and 60s themed, where Newton Road will be closed.
On Friday, June, 3 the grounds of Oystermouth Castle will have a funfair during the day and a 70s-themed disco in the evening. Saturday, June, 4 will see the funfair back in the day and an 80s-themed disco in the evening, and Sunday, June, 5 will be the big lunch where you can bring a picnic to Oystermouth Castle and there will also be fair rides, stalls, and music.

Cadw
Cadw, the Welsh Government’s historic environment service which owns and looks after many historical sites in Wales, are running Jubilee events across its attractions. There will be Jubilee crown making at Chepstow Castle in Chepstow and Men at Arms, where you and your family can train to be knights, at Beaumaris Castle in Anglesey. National Trust
National Trust sites across Wales are also celebrating the Jubilee with a variety of events. There will be live music, Punch and Judy shows, and cream tea at Erddig in Wrexham, traditional 1950s games, picnics and afternoon tea at Chirk Castle in Wrexham, and Jubilee crafts at Tredegar House in Newport, and much more at different National Trust sites. The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Beacon Trial
Using QR codes and augmented reality you can follow the Jubilee story trail in different Welsh locations including Ebbw Vale, Abergavenny, and Bangor. Different characters and Sir Barnaby Beacon will guide you through the seven decades of the Queen's reign. The trail is open to enjoy from May and runs during the Jubilee weekend.

Mad Hatter's Tea Party-Aubrey Arms
The Aubrey Arms, between Cardiff and Cowbridge, is hosting a Mad Hatter's Tea Party to celebrate the Jubilee. There will be a magic show, games, and a guest appearance by Alice. You can book on to this event by calling the pub on 01446781210 and tickets are £12 per child.

Alice Character Fun Days-Fonmon Castle
Hosting a 'Curiouser and Curiouser ' Mad Hatter's celebration Fonmon Castle will have Alice in Wonderland characters roaming the grounds. There will also be archery, music and the castle's normal attractions and the tickets start at £9. You can book your tickets here.

Seaside Adventure-Margam Park
There will be a giant 50ft whale, telling a story, a mermaid in her globe, Victorian seaside jugglers, pirate characters, and a giant lobster at Margam Park for the Jubilee. You can come dressed as a pirate and you can book your tickets here.

Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Free Children’s Mini Disco-The Master Mariner
Master Mariner in Barry is hosting a children's mini disco for the Jubilee and it is free. Children are invited to come in fancy dress and the best dressed will win an award.
