Queen of the South helped spread some Christmas cheer at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
The squad travelled to DGRI with bags containing a Dougie the Doonhamer toy, a scarf and a selection box to meet youngsters on the children’s wing.
Players such as club captain Josh Todd, Gavin Reilly and Ciaran McKenna were in attendance to meet the kids and their families on the ward. The visit was one of a number of initiatives the club has been taking part in during the festive period.
There was a reverse advent calendar and collection for the food hub, which is open as usual Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the Festive Friends Christmas party.
The visit took place before the announcement that Wullie Gibson had parted ways with the club on Wednesday.
