Roadworks are set to close sections of the Quay Lane North car park in Enniskillen from next Monday on and continue until next February, the local council has said.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council said works are to begin on the Environmental Improvement Scheme works at the town centre car park on Monday 26 September..
The scheme, supported through funding from the Department for Communities, will include improvements to the footways, car park, street lighting, drainage and street furniture. During completion of the works, sections of the car park will be closed to the public.

The first phase includes drainage, street lighting, kerbing and resurfacing improvements at the eastern side of the car park. The second phase will include work to the footpaths similar to the town centre footpaths which were recently completed as part of the Enniskillen Public Realm Scheme.
Speaking about the works to be carried out in Enniskillen, council chair Barry McElduff said: “I am delighted to see the works at Quay Lane North Car Park, Enniskillen commence.
"The scheme will complement the works recently completed in the town centre as part of the Enniskillen Public Realm Scheme and they will help to make the area welcoming, accessible and safe.
"It will also improve connectivity to the town centre for all which is important to ensure that our towns remain vibrant.
"The Council is committed to working in partnership with others to help to improve our District for everyone and ensure that it is an attractive place to live, work, visit and invest in.”
