Quarterback Baker Mayfield agrees to deal with Bucs

TAMPA, Fla. — The Bucs are signing a Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback and No. 1 NFL draft pick.

At least he was in 2018.

Free agent Baker Mayfield agreed to a one-year contract worth up to $8.5 million with the Bucs on Wednesday. It includes a $4 million base salary.
