Gladys N. Jusino-Leon, CEO and founder of QIPCI, was inspired to launch the organization after witnessing gaps in healthcare while supporting her father through a difficult medical journey. The experience revealed critical needs in staffing and clinical training, sparking her commitment to improving education and professional development for nurses and allied health professionals.
