England have been drawn in Group B alongside Iran, USA and one of Wales, Scotland or Ukraine. The Three Lions will embark on their World Cup quest in November later this year.
Gareth Southgate's side will play Iran in the Group B curtain raiser on November 21, before playing USA on November 25 and rounding off the group against Scotland, Wales or Ukraine on November 29. The three sides are set to play each other later this year with Scotland's play-off tie against Ukraine postponed as a result of Russia's ongoing invasion.
The England boss has kept his cards close to his chest and played down being the group favourites. Southgate told PA: "The first two teams we haven't played for quite a while, and the third is a total unknown but throws up a possible British derby. We know what they're about and we've had plenty of them.
