Putin restricts access to Twitter as Russia launches information war against Ukraine

Russia Twitter Inc. Ukraine Facebook Meta Roskomnadzor Moscow

Russian state communications regulator Roskomnadzor has restricted access to Twitter, according to reports.

Tass news agency said Moscow had restricted the social media site on Friday.

While Interfax news agency earlier said the service had been blocked completely.
