Purple Style Labs’ Rs 680-crore IPO opened for subscription today, August 31, with bidding set to close on September 2.

The parent company of luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop has fixed the price band at Rs 546-575 per share. The offer comprises entirely a fresh issue of 1.18 crore equity shares.
