Pupil, 8, called 'monkey girl' by bullies pulled out of school by desperate gran

An eight-year-old girl has been pulled out of school after racist bullies called her "monkey girl" and "chocolate girl".

May McWilliams removed her granddaughter Rio Brown from Elderbank Primary in Irvine, North Ayrshire, Scotland, following the racist slurs.

The youngster told May that bullies slapped and kicked her before she was taken out of school, the Daily Record reports.
