Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi’s jailed nephew complains of chest pain, hospitalised

AMRITSAR : Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi’s nephew Bhupinder Singh Honey was brought to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital (GNDH) in Amritsar from Kapurthala jail, where he is lodged, after he complained of pain in the chest.

GNDH medical superintendent Dr K D Singh informed that Honey was brought to the hospital with some cardiac issue. “We had conducted echocardiography and advised medicine accordingly,” he said.
