Punjab BJP's 2-day training camp begins

CHANDIGARH: Punjab BJP's two-day training camp started at the party headquarters in Chandigarh on Thursday under the chairmanship of state party president Ashwani Sharma. The camp was inaugurated by BJP national general secretary and Punjab in-charge Dushyant Gautam.

In the first session of the camp, Gautam gave detailed information on BJP's development journey and contribution in nation building to the newly joined workers of the organization. In the second session, Haryana chief minister discussed the working of the organisation and its service work. In the third session, Union minister of state for external affairs Meenakshi Lekhi threw light on Narendra Modi-led government's welfare policies. BJP's national secretary Raina also told party workers about the work done by the Modi government for the Sikh society and Punjab. Party's national secretary and state co-in-charge Narendra Singh Raina and Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar were present.
