Pune

PUNE: Cash worth Rs3.99 lakh went up in flames as unidentified thieves set ablaze an unmanned ATM kiosk of a leading private bank in Kudalwadi in a bid to open the cash dispenser with a gas cutter on Sunday.

The ATM kiosk where the incident occurred is located about 30km from here near Indrayani weighbridge on the Chikhali Road. The entire kiosk, including CCTV cameras, a digital video recorder (DVR) and air-conditioners, was completely damaged in the fire, said an officer from the Pimpri Chinchwad police.
