Pundits split on Eddie Howe's Newcastle United aims ahead of Carabao Cup semi-final

Eddie Howe Newcastle Newcastle United Louis Saha Paul Merson Carabao Cup Alexander Isak Cup Bruno Guimaraes Magpies

But with their last major domestic trophy win coming all the way back in 1955, and them entering the Carabao Cup semi-final as heavy favourites against top-flight strugglers Southampton, there's arguments to be made for both sides.
