Pubs warn alcohol prices will rise even more as industry hit by 'brutal' Budget

Pubgoers will be hit with higher alcohol prices and many pubs are at risk of shutting down following the Chancellor’s Budget, industry leaders have warned.

Pubs are under threat following increases to their tax, wage and supply costs, and many will be forced to hike prices for customers, while others cut staff or close for good.
