Nottingham's usually frequent public transport is sparse on Boxing Day as the festive season continues. All NCT bus services are not running on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, with services returning on Tuesday, December 27.
After this point until January 3 most routes will operate a Saturday service, except for New Year’s Day where there will be no service on any routes.
NET Tram are operating throughout the city on Boxing Day, but at Sunday service levels of frequency.
They will also run a less frequent timetable in the run up to New Year's Day, but will operate normally between December 28 and December 30, returning fully to the usual timetable on January 3. The full Christmas and New Year's schedules for NCT Buses and NET Tram.

- Normal weekday timetable up to and including Friday, December 23
- Christmas Eve – Normal Saturday timetable until approx. 8pm
- Christmas Day – No service
- Boxing Day – No service
- Bank Holiday Tuesday, December 27– Saturday timetable, except on Navy 49 which will operate to Monday to Friday times
- Wednesday, December 28 – Saturday timetable, except on Navy 49 which will operate to Monday to Friday times
- Thursday, December 29 – Saturday timetable, except on Navy 49 which will operate to Monday to Friday times
- Friday, December 30 – Saturday timetable, except on Navy 49 which will operate to Monday to Friday times
- New Year’s Eve – Normal Saturday timetable until approx. 8pm. (No NightBuses are operating)
- New Year’s Day – No Service
- Bank Holiday Monday, January 2, 2023 – Saturday timetable, except on Navy 49 which will operate to Monday to Friday times
- Normal timetables resume from Tuesday, January 3

Tuesday 27th: a Sunday service, with indigo and red arrow services starting between 5am and 6am
Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th: a Saturday service until midnight plus some evening and night services
Friday 30th: a Saturday service, including Saturday night buses
New Year's Eve, Saturday 31st: a Saturday service with last buses departing around 8pm plus special timetables for services which have Saturday night buses
New Year's Day, Sunday 1st January: no services
Monday 2nd: a Sunday service, with indigo and red arrow services starting between 5am and 6am
Tuesday 3rd: buses are back to normal
