A pub owner has written a sarcastic response to a negative review his business received online.

The Plough Inn, Worcestershire, is one of the highest-rated pubs in the area, regularly receiving rave reviews.

But one customer was not satisfied with her visit and took to TripAdvisor to leave a lengthy review of her experience - which the owner responded to in a sarcastic fashion, reports Birmingham Live.
