Pub owner delivers sarcastic response to diner who complained about 'useless' service

A pub owner has hilariously clapped back at a scathing online review after a diner complained of ‘non-existent’ customer service.

The Plough Inn is renowned for its spectacular carvery offering and has received dozens of positive comments regarding its menu.

However, one unhappy customer took umbrage with the ‘useless’ serving staff - claiming she would not be back.
