Psychology says people who shower at night aren’t lazy or simply looking for better sleep - The everyday habit may reveal more than you think

If you prefer a shower at night, there is no reason to assume you are lazy or simply trying to sleep better. Showering is an end-of-day ritual that creates a boundary between work, chores and personal time.
