Sony has officially announced the full suite of PS Plus titles for May 2023 with a new selection of huge titles for subscribers to dig into including some Bethesda classics.
The full PS Plus May 2023 lineup is out now, with the three PS Plus Essential titles and a packed PS Plus Extra and Premium lineup making for a great month. After last months Bethesda-packed lineup, this month we're treated to some more titles from the Microsoft-owned publisher such as The Evil Within 2 and a duo of Dishonored titles, as well as the less-than-stellar Wolfenstein: Youngblood.
Some other titles of note include the entire reboot trilogy of Tomb Raider titles, three solid action adventure titles in the vein of Uncharted. There's also the super underrated Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered, which is a shockingly good Gears of War clone, it brings back the original cast together for a new story, which is frankly better than any of the litany of Ghostbuster sequels we've gotten over the years.
PS Plus May 2023 Essential free games
The PS Plus May 2023 free games lineup has been announced and will be available to add to your library on Tuesday, May 2. Sony always reveals the titles for the PS Plus Essential tier on the final Wednesday of a given month, and they release on the first Tuesday of the following month. Here's what we've got to look forward to:
- Chivalry 2
- GRID Legends
- Descenders
With the exception of Descenders, the other two titles have PS4 and PS5 versions available.
PS Plus May 2023 Extra free games
The PS Plus May 2023 free games for the PS Plus Extra tier is revealed by Sony mid-month, on the Wednesday following the release of the Essential games lineup. The games themselves drop onto the service the following Tuesday. This month's Extra titles are as follows:
