Prosecutors withdraw all charges against SA woman accused of child sex offences

Prosecutors withdrew all charges in the District Court.

Prosecutors have withdrawn all charges against a South Australian woman accused of child sex offences.

Nadine Hicks, of Lockleys in Adelaide's west, pleaded not guilty to eight charges in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in January 2020, including five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a child under 17.

The South Australian Department for Education at the time confirmed that Ms Hicks was a former employee.

In June last year, prosecutors withdrew all charges in the District Court, ending the proceedings against Ms Hicks.
