Sources close to the matter reveal that the man met with federal agents in New York City on Wednesday and signed a proffer agreement, allowing him to provide information without fear of prosecution. Sources report that the man detailed to investigators how he got in touch with an escort to engage in an alleged "freak off" involving Diddy, himself, and a woman.
