Benmore House, 32 Binmore Road

Benmore House. Co Fermanagh (Montgomery Finlay & Co)

We featured this property a while back, and the response was huge. It's easy to see why when you take one look at this place.

The eight bed country house in the rural area of the county is an absolute dream home, if you can gather up the funds for it.

The property was originally built in 1829 by Reverend Hamilton as the rectory for Inishmacsaint Church, and many of its original features are still in tact.

Since the 1940s the property has been privately owned by a succession of different families, but was standing derelict for several years at the turn of the millennia, until the current owners purchased and completely restored the property to its former glory.

144 Belmore Road

144 Belmore Road (McGovern Estate Agents)

A bit more of a blank canvas this one, but it was the second most viewed home in Co Fermanagh last month, not far behind Belmore House with more than 22,000 views.

Situated near the village of Boho, it still needs to be fully finished but could represent pretty good value for money at £190,000.

Marketed by McGovern Estate Agents, the firm says: "The spacious, open planed accommodation completed to a high standard with triple glazed windows is complimented by mature, landscaped and superb views over rolling countryside to both the front and rear within a highly sought after environment."

10 Coole Drive

10 Coole Drive (Smyth Leslie & Co)

This one really has style, and you can see why it was one of the most viewed properties around the county in April.

Situated in Castlecoole on the outskirts of Enniskillen , it has a great location and has clearly been kept in immaculate condition by previous owners.

Smyth Leslie & Co describe this £450,000 house as 'an exceptional residence that offers a most beautiful and unique family home.'

20 Drumclay Road

20 Drumclay Road (Smyth Leslie & Co)

This one's certainly got a bit of character to it, and with the right eye and a a bit of TLC could be a wonder house.

The detached town residence has four bedrooms and is within walking distance of Enniskillen town centre, what's not to love?

On the market for £228,000, Smyth Leslie & Co say: "This property provides an opportunity to obtain a lovely town lifestyle with its eye catching exterior, its character filled interior."
