A trio of property industry professionals have teamed up to launch a new consultancy in Birmingham.
Called WTS Property Consultants, it is being led by licensing, leisure and commercial agents George Walker, Richard Tole and Jack Sinclair.
Based in Bennetts Hill with a second office in London, the new firm's founders all previously worked together at chartered surveyor James A Baker, now part of Savills following a buyout deal last year.
They are working with clients such as Asda, Heineken, Wagamama and petrol station retailer EG Group among others and have also been retained as sole agent by Evyve.
They are helping the rapid charging network for electric vehicles source and secure sites for landlords as the company looks to install 10,000 stations by 2030.
Mr Walker previously worked for Star Pubs and Bars while Mr Tole was an accountant with Deloitte before moving to Punch Taverns where he focussed on acquisitions and spent time running a consultancy called Hamilton Tole.
Mr Sinclair has more than ten years of experience in the commercial property sector and previously worked as a director at Savills and James A Baker.
Mr Tole said: "After a successful year for Hamilton Tole, I am delighted to announce that I have joined forces with my former colleagues George Walker and Jack Sinclair to form WTS Property Consultants.
"We provide specialist commercial property advice to a wide variety of landlord, occupier, developer and investor clients across the UK. I am excited to be working with George and Jack again and with existing and new clients."
