'Project Detroit': Sadiq Khan faces fresh questions over ‘pay-per-mile’ road user charging in London

Fresh questions were raised at City Hall on Thursday over whether ‘pay-per-mile’ road user charging could be introduced on London’s streets.

Sadiq Khan has said plans for such a charging scheme are “not on the table”, but City Hall Conservatives say they are concerned the mayor is not being honest about his “true intentions”.
