A remand centre manager who stole more than $100,000, including cash confiscated from prisoners, has been jailed for 19 months for theft.
Brenton John Williams, took the money from a safe in the Adelaide Remand Centre between April and July 2022.
In his role as general manager, the 47-year-old was responsible for the safe which also included the centre's petty cash.
