The Princess of Wales reportedly has the same thing for breakfast each morning, and a nutrition expert has explained why it is a great way to stay slim or lose weight.
Kate is also said to follow a consistent workout routine and likes to practice cardio training, weight lifting, cycling, rowing and yoga. She is also a keen runner but her favourite sport is tennis, the Express reports.
The Princess of Wales is believed to start each day with porridge and according to experts at Healthline, oats have many benefits - including weight loss - as they explained that they are "among the healthiest grains on earth" and are "also very filling".

It is reported that Her Royal Highness and the Prince of Wales have their own tennis court at Anmer Hall, their residence in Norfolk, where she may also practice with the children.
A royal insider claimed: "Once their school work from Thomas’s Battersea has been dealt with satisfactorily, both George and Charlotte enjoy tennis lessons on their green court. Kate plays almost daily with the children and they like their practice sessions with her."
As well as porridge, Kate is said to enjoy a green juice, which is a blend of kale, spinach and apple. Kate's blend combines kale, matcha, coriander, romaine, spinach, blueberries and the algae spirulina together for a healthy drink, according to MailOnline.
