Princess Charlotte's 'behaviour' at Queen's funeral saw Kate 'scolded' by senior royal

During Queen Elizabeth II's funeral, Princess Charlotte reportedly exhibited 'bad behaviour', meaning her mum, Kate Middleton, had to be 'scolded' by a senior member of the royal family.

On Monday 19th September, Princess Charlotte, seven, and her older brother Prince George, nine, surprised the world when they took part in the long-reigning monarch's state funeral possession.

However, according to MyLondon, when the two eldest children of Kate Middleton and Prince William reached Westminster’s Welling Arch, George appeared to pinch his sister.

Having then felt her brother's force, the Princess yelped out in pain and swiftly turned around to stare at George, before facing forwards to say: "Ow!"

While some royals, such as Meghan Markle, saw the cute side of it, as she tilted her head and smiled at the young siblings.

Others, however, found the exchange rude and unnecessary, according to the publication.

An annoyed Queen Camilla, is rumoured to have frowned and pointed at Charlotte, before giving the Princess of Wales a harsh stare.

Camilla then frowned and pointed at the seven-year-old before turning to Kate and saying: "Take her."

The moment was also captured on live TV and eagle-eyed viewers were quick to point out the "disagreement" between the pair.

Those watching the state funeral on their televisions at home were quick to take to social media to share their thoughts about the commotion.

While another said: "What did Charlotte say when she turned back around? Was it wow? Ow? Cow?".

Reportedly, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are expected to attend King Charles III's Coronation next year, alongside their parents.

It has been said that the two eldest - who are currently second and third in the line of succession - that they will use their expected attendance at the coronation on May 6, 2023 as training for their future as senior royals.

In other occasions, the three Cambridge kids attended the late sovereign’s Platinum Jubilee in June, and were captured waving to the crowds.

They also appeared on the Buckingham Palace balcony with the Queen and other senior royals to watch a spectacular six-minute flypast involving more than 70 aircraft.
