The claims of several high-profile figures, including the Duke of Sussex, Sir Elton John and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, against Daily Mail’s publisher are set to return to court on Wednesday after a High Court judge dismissed their cases earlier this month.
The group of seven household names, also including David Furnish, Liz Hurley and Sadie Frost, sued Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) over allegations of unlawful information-gathering, including voicemail interception, landline tapping and obtaining information by deception.
