Prince Harry's supportive gesture to wife Meghan noticed by guest at Queen's funeral

Prince Harry was spotted offering support to wife Meghan Markle by another person in attendance at the Queen's funeral on Monday.

Billions of viewers tuned in across the world to watch live coverage of the state event as Her Majesty was remembered and celebrated in a huge way. While a global audience tuned in from their homes, an estimated crowd of 2,000 mourners gathered at Westminster Abbey for the Queen's funeral service and among them was councillor and lawyer Pranav Bhanot. And Pranav picked up on Prince Harry 's touching gestures to Meghan at the Abbey.

Speaking to US publication, People he said: " You saw the reassurance that Harry was giving to Meghan at times when they were walking together and had to go in their different directions."

He added: " I noticed just how supportive Harry was to Meghan. When they went their separate directions after the ceremony, he gave her a firm squeeze of the hand. I felt he wanted to ensure she felt comfortable."

Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were in the UK at the time of the Queen's death, with Her Majesty passing away just days after Meghan addressed a large crowd at the One World Summit in Manchester.

Harry travelled up to Balmoral on his own on the day of his grandmother's death but was then reunited with Meghan in the public eye as the couple joined Harry's brother Prince William and wife Kate at Windsor to greet well wishers and look at floral tributes to the Queen.

Harry and Meghan joined hands at the end of a moving service for the Queen at Westminster Hall last week and have now left the UK to return home to America.
