Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre reach secret out-of-court settlement in sex case

Virginia Giuffre Prince Andrew Jeffrey Epstein

Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre have reached a “settlement in principle” in the civil sex claim filed in the US, court documents show.

Ms Giuffre alleges she was forced by Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell to have sex with the Duke on three occasions after being trafficked by the pair.

Andrew has consistently denied Ms Giuffre’s claims.
