A prime Newcastle building has been snapped up by London flexible office firm Airivo.
Airivo has bought Grainger Chambers, at 3-5 Hood Street, as part of its plans to expand and diversify its property portfolio outside the capital and the Midlands.
The building has five floors of office space and a ground floor and basement bar and restaurant taken up by Castros, a Cuban venue opened last year by the Vaulkhard Group.
