Primary schools could begin to be shut in outer London boroughs if pupil numbers continue to plummet amid an exodus of families from the capital, a leading housing campaigner has warned.
School closures could begin to “fan out” as prices could become more expensive in outer areas of the city, such as Waltham Forest and Redbridge, the Chief Executive of the Trust for London Manny Hothi has warned.
