Primark shoppers loving 60s-inspired outfit with 'Clueless vibes'

Primark fans have been sharing their love for the brand's new 60s-inspired high-end outfit. Some shoppers even thought the look gave off 1990's film 'Clueless vibes'.

The high street store shared the look on its Instagram account and quickly garnered thousands of likes. The outfit is reminiscent of the typical 1960s silhouette with a tailored blazer and shorts set.

The whole outfit is in a classic shade of red, giving it a timeless feel. Primark wrote: "Our current obsession: this sweet 60s inspired fit. Swipe to see it on. Prices from £5."

It features a gingham blazer with three pearl effect buttons. There is a matching set of shorts cut with a high waist and two front pockets.

The whole outfit is completed with a range of accessories. This includes a red beret, a red chain cross body bag and a pair of red patent heels.

Followers were quick to comment their love for the outfit. Marsha Mariem wrote: "This is gorgeous, definitely need [heart eye emoji]." Kate Marshall added: "This is stylish for the younger people," to which Primark replied: "Stylish for all!"

Pamela Nolan said: "Clueless.... totally!!! [heart emoji." Another commenter picked up on the reference and added: "Very pretty - definite Clueless vibes."

Primark replied: "Facts! So many cute references with these!" Another fan wrote: "So cute! Getting VOGUE vibes from this! Xx."
