Primark shoppers insist they ‘need’ £10 hammock ideal for summer weather

With the summer bringing scorching weather, many of us will be looking to make the most of it in the great outdoors - so shoppers were delighted with one of Primark’s newest products.

The high street giant is renowned for being the place to snap up a bargain or two, whether it’s in their Disney-inspired summer clothing range or their extensive homeware section. The store often has plenty of bits and pieces in stock to help spruce up your living space, and shoppers quickly fell in love with the most recent addition shown off via the Primark Home Instagram page.

The shop is selling Tassel Hammocks for just £10 each, which come with loops on each end to help hang them in a relaxing spot. The hammocks come with a striped pattern available in either pink or blue, and have crochet tassel detailing down the side.

Primark posted photos of the hammocks hung up in a garden, along with the caption: “Find us here all weekend.” And shoppers soon took to the comments section to express how keen they were to snap one up for themselves.

“So stunning!” one person wrote.

Another gushed: “Oh I need one!” accompanied by a heart-eyes emoji.

“Pick up some sky hooks on your way home so I can hang these,” a third person instructed their housemate.

The hammocks aren’t the only thing in Primark stores that have caused excitement among shoppers lately. Over in the clothing department, the shop’s Stranger Things range has proven incredibly popular since the fourth series of the hit Netflix show landed on the streaming platform.

One of the most sought-after items in the collection was the Hellfire Club T-shirt, just like the ones worn by the gang in the series. Primark said that there had been an “exceptionally high level of interest” in the range, with many shoppers taking to social media to lament that many Stranger Things products had sold out before they could get their hands on them.
