According to Page Six, Reza Nabavi was once denied a psychology license over his criminal past involving drugs and a minor. Nabavi opened the halfway house Resolutions Living (RL) in Santa Monica, California, in 2013, where Presley died on Sunday (September 20, 2026).
Presley’s body was reportedly found in a bedroom inside the Santa Monica sober living home where he died. In his report, the Los Angeles Medical Examiner indicated that he died in a rehabilitation facility. His autopsy was completed, but the official cause of death remains deferred. His body was discovered near the bed, and sources told TMZ that it was not on the bed. However, the exact location of the body was not clear at the time of filing of this report.
