President Biden will be engaging with people of color through various events. On July 15, he will deliver remarks in Austin, Texas, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act. The following day, July 16, he is scheduled to speak at the NAACP National Convention in Las Vegas. On July 17, President Biden will remain in Las Vegas to address attendees at the UnidosUS Annual Conference.
