The 2022/23 season has been a hectic campaign so far for Everton, Liverpool and the other 18 Premier League teams.
For the first time the season had to been halted for a winter World Cup. But while domestic action has now resumed following the conclusion of the tournament in Qatar, the second half of the campaign is going to be just as busy.
However, come next season, 2023-24, things will be quieter, despite those players with international ambitions having one eye on the European Championships, which take place in Germany in 18 months' time.
