Premier League make huge Leeds United vs Tottenham Hotspur final day decision

Tottenham Hotspur's season has fizzled out, with Ryan Mason's side limping toward the conclusion of the campaign in eighth place in the Premier League.

After the dismissal of Antonio Conte, Spurs have fallen out of contention for a place in the European spots next season. So for Tottenham, Sunday's final-day game against Leeds United has little riding on it bar the chance to finish in seventh and qualify for the Europa Conference League, UEFA's third tier European competition.

Leeds, however, welcome Spurs to Elland Road knowing that only a win will offer them any chance of saving themselves from relegation back to the Championship after three years in the Premier League. The Whites and Leicester City are in 19th and 18th place, respectively, with Everton two points ahead of them in 17th.

Survival is out of Leeds' hands with Everton and the Foxes both needing to drop points and only a win over Spurs will do. With every game kicking off at 4:30pm on Sunday, Sky have chosen to televise Everton's game against AFC Bournemouth and City's clash with West Ham United.

Leeds vs Spurs will be broadcast on BT Sport, with the Premier League billing the weekend's action as 'Survival Sunday'. Sky Sports Main Event will begin the build-up of the action at 4pm with Sky Sports Football starting to show the Premier League at 4:30pm because of the League Two play-off final being live on Sky from Wembley.

BT Sport will begin their build-up from Elland Road an hour before kick-off at 3:30pm. As far as Leeds boss Sam Allardyce is concerned, he knows whatever happens, his club need to give the best account of themselves.

"The challenge is to try to beat Tottenham and deliver a performance," he said. "We'll give ourselves a chance if we win and then see what happens, our only hope is to win that game."
