Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is 40/1 to win the Premier League golden boot this season with Sky Bet. The 28-year-old had a season blighted by injuries last season, finishing the campaign with two goals in nine games.
However, Bamford is now back fully fit, and he has shown before that he can score goals at the top level. In the 2020/21 season, Bamford scored 17 Premier League goals, ranking him as the joint fourth highest scorer in the division.
Leeds are searching for a new striker, but Bamford is set to begin the season as the Whites' main forward. He will be extra motivated in the first couple of months of the campaign, with a place in England's World Cup squad for Qatar in the back of his mind.
Bamford's team-mate Joe Gelhardt is priced at 80/1 to be the league's top scorer, with Rodrigo at 100/1, and Jack Harrison at 150/1.
Unsurprisingly, new Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is 11/4 favourite for the golden boot. Last season's joint winners Mohamed Salah and Heung-Min Son are priced at 9/2 and 12/1 respectively.
