Further Premier League fixtures could be at risk after it was announced that King Charles' coronation will take place on Saturday, May 6 next year.
The Queen's consort will also be crowned alongside Charles in Westminster Abbey, eight months after the monarch's accession and the death of Queen Elizabeth II. The Palace said the ceremony will be "rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry" but also "reflect the monarch's role today and look towards the future".
Two Premier League matches were called off when the Queen's funeral took place last month, with Chelsea's game against Liverpool amongst those to be postponed. Manchester United's home game against Leeds United also didn't go ahead.
