Pregnant Love Island star Amy Hart has revealed she suffered a 'bleed' on a recent trip to Spain.

The blonde beauty, 30, was on holiday when she had to cut her trip short after a scare involving her unborn baby.

In an Instagram video, the star explained: “I started bleeding and I thought I was A+ blood type, and my midwife kept saying it's a good job I am that blood type.
