Pregnant Laura Anderson has told those who don't agree with what she posts on her Instagram page to unfollow her.
Laura, 33, revealed she had received a small number of messages from critics who didn't agree with her recent posts about narcissism – thought to be aimed at her ex Gary Lucy.
She is expecting her first child with her Hollyoaks actor ex Gary, 41. He is already dad to four children; India, Elvis, Sadie and Theodore, who he shares with his ex-wife Natasha Gray.
Former Love Islander Laura and Gary met on Celebs Go Dating last year. The pair began dating and announced they were expecting a baby together last month.
However, Gary soon revealed he and Laura were no longer together.
Since the split, Laura has been sharing a string of cryptic posts – including some about narcissism.
He recent share listed the "traits a narcissist looks for", which she posted on her Instagram story.
The post listed a number of traits including being "compassionate", "invested in your relationships" and being "generous".
However, it appears some followers have criticised Laura for her shares in her direct messages.
Laura then shared a public response to those critics as she spoke in an Instagram video to address the haters.
Speaking in a video, where Laura is wearing a hot pink dressing gown, she said: "I'm just hopping on quickly. This isn't really that bigger deal but I had maybe like two or three messages – literally out of hundreds so it's not that bigger deal. About my last little story thing.
"I think if someone doesn't agree with how I heal then just unfollow me because I take it quite personally and I don't want anymore negativity in my life, that's how I feel."
Changing the subject, she then said: "Also, on another note, Love Island tonight is really cringing me out.
"On a lighter note. Why are they all declaring their love for each other, it's a bit staged, no?"
Quoting the Islanders, she continued: "'I'm falling for you', 'I'm falling for you', 'I'm falling for you'. Are you though? Anyway..." before the clip ended.
In a later post the reality star, who was recently snapped cradling her baby bump, shared a post declaring she is "almost back".
She re-shared a video of Oprah Winfrey, who says in the clip: "You need to surround yourself with people who are going to stimulate, inspire and lift you up and give you energy and not take energy away from you.
"And if you're around people who are taking energy away from you, that's an energy drain that's a sign from your instinct, your inner voice."
Writing on top of the clip, Laura revealed: "Positivity breeds positivity. I'm almost back" followed by a high five emoji.
