Laura Anderson has given Gary Lucy a real kicking with a heartbreaking snub by changing the name of their baby on social media.
The 41-year-old actor is “gutted” that Laura ended their relationship because he had fallen “head over heels” in love with her.
Gary detailed why he split with his Love Island ex, with the Hollyoaks and former EastEnders star saying he was dumped after refusing to move to her native Scotland.
The pair are expecting - but it seems she has had a change of heart when it comes to the name.
She announced the big baby news on Instagram earlier this month.
"Our hearts are full. Baby Lucy due Summer ‘23" mum-to-be wrote alongside the happy photo of them together.
But a few months on, things have changed.
In a now edited post, Laura has changed the unborn tot's from Baby Lucy to Baby Anderson.
The update reads: "My heart is full. Baby Anderson due Summer ‘23."
Laura and Gary fell for each other while filming E4 show Celebs Go Dating last year.
They called it a day earlier this month as the Footballers' Wives star explained that he needs to remain in Essex where his children live after he and their mother divorced.
Gary has two sons and two daughters with his former wife Natasha.
He explained: "Laura did want me to move but I have my responsibilities here. I have four kids and all the things that go along with that so it’s very difficult, if not impossible, to uproot at this time."
Gary said that he loves her more than ever but is looking forward to co-parenting their child together.
He told The Sun: "I love Laura but we are no longer together.
"My main drive as always is to work together to co-parent our child. I look forward to the arrival of the new baby."
Meanwhile, a source has claimed: "Gary's been left devastated - he's absolutely heartbroken.
"They spent Christmas together and he travelled to Glasgow last weekend in a desperate attempt to try to win her back, they enjoyed a meal out and attended their first scan together - but Laura was adamant it's over."
Since the news broke about her pregnancy and split from Gary, Laura has received some less-than-kind comments on her Instagram feed.
Taking to Instagram Stories, she wrote: “If anyone writes anything negative on my page re my pregnancy you will be blocked.
“Nobody on here except my family and friends knows the reality regarding the past few months of my life because I don’t comment on press articles or give details or any other parts.
“I will never play the victim even in my vulnerable state. Im simply moving on with my life with my head held high. I do not appreciate abuse at a time I am trying my best to protect myself and my unborn child.
